Vision was responsible for creating the detailed flow for the chatbot, defining the interactions users would have and the responses the chatbot would provide to customers in different scenarios. This was achieved through a fully integrated effort between Vision’s content and technology teams and the automation platform we selected to meet the client’s needs.
