CHALLENGE:
To deliver a technical event focused on practical experience (Hands-On) and immersion for 200 strategic Oracle guests, in a venue with strong emotional significance — Neo Química Arena, home of Corinthians. Oracle needed a smooth production, visually impactful and with complete infrastructure for a day of intense activities in an unconventional setting.

SOLUTION:
Vision developed a complete event production
and operation plan, with highlights including:

Structure of the plenary with LED screen, powered desks, and school-style furniture so that everyone could use their laptops for hands-on immersion in Oracle AI technologies;




And we include a guided tour of all the stadium facilities… the icing on the cake!




Accreditation area, welcome coffee and organized cloakroom;




Complete visual communication in railings, backdrops, stage and themed dividers;




Emotional activation with a guided tour through the locker rooms, backstage, and field of Arena Corinthians;

Closing with an exclusive happy hour on the stadium’s Deck, featuring a breathtaking view.

enhancing Oracle’s brand storytelling in an unforgettable setting.
