What was supposed to be a single, isolated internal marketing project (institutional strategy focused on internal company communication, aimed at improving the company’s image with its collaborators) for Arcor ended up becoming a long relationship. As time went by, Vision showed a wide knowledge about the company and all of its products. Thus, the connection expanded and the agency carried out various other seasonal jobs for the brand in a partnership that lasted for years.
Agência Vision won the bidding to carry out the editorial project for the magazine “Momento Arcor”, a publication that would be aimed at all the company’s employees in Brazil and had as one of its objectives to generate a closer relationship between Arcor and its families.
Since its launch, the magazine has been a great success among Arcor’s collaborators, presenting agendas with interviews, articles with information about the day to day of the plants, internal processes, news about the company and the market, and much more.

Based on a main article, indicated by Arcor, Vision took the lead and took responsibility for the magazine, developing its editorial standardization, creating and researching all complementary subjects, interviewing personalities and directors, finalizing layout, diagramming, printing and even doing all the logistics for distribution. The magazine achieved great success among the company’s employees during the three years it was published bimonthly.

With the success of the initial project, Vision developed several other seasonal campaigns for Arcor over the years, transforming the relationship into a true partnership of trust. Among the other works, projects such as theme parties (Christmas, Children’s Day, etc…), relationship actions with collaborators, award events for length of service, and much more.
