Challenge:
FC Nuvem – a company within Grupo FCamara – aimed to strengthen relationships with its clients by presenting the Customer Insights solution, which personalizes their experience by unifying data and building a specific view for decision-making.
SOLUTION:
To go beyond a simple networking event and company solution presentation, Vision created a unique and memorable sensory experience with the “Tech&Tasty” event, a 100% in-person gathering at the Cantaloup restaurant in São Paulo.
During the event, guests were immersed in a special evening filled with relevant content, combined with the sensory gastronomic experience of a blind dinner featuring surprise dishes, harmonized with wines and accompanied by other stimuli: live music, aromas, and tactile explorations.
All pre and post-event communication was executed by Vision, including promotional materials (invitation, registration landing page, among others) and the production of a personalized gift, which was given to guests at the end of the event to seal the unforgettable experience in the best possible way.
RESULT:
The result was an in-person corporate event that exceeded the expectations of both the client and the guests. The unique and memorable sensory experience provided by the Tech&Tasty event helped FC Nuvem strengthen its relationship with clients and present the Customer Insights solution in an innovative and impactful way.
