Challenge:
During Expo Revestir, the largest event in the construction and finishing sector in Latin America, Duratex aimed to optimize the capture of high-quality leads among the thousands of visitors, with the goal of strengthening its database for future marketing and sales efforts. At such a significant event, it was essential not only to make a presence but also to create a memorable engagement with the audience and solidify the brand’s digital transformation by identifying and connecting with the captured leads.

Solution:
To overcome this challenge, Vision Comunicação developed a customized iPad app with a user-friendly and intuitive interface for use by the receptionists at the Duratex booth. The app not only facilitated the detailed registration of visitors but also allowed for the instant sending of a thank-you email, including a link to the full Duratex product catalog, encouraging ongoing engagement.
Duratex benefited from the streamlined lead capture process and real-time access to a detailed report of the collected data, enabling effective monitoring of interactions during the event. Additionally, all practices complied with LGPD regulations, ensuring the security and privacy of user data. Duratex also had real-time access to the registrations via a web dashboard.
Impact:
The strategy was a success, generating over 2,000 registrations in just 4 days of the fair, demonstrating Vision’s solution’s effectiveness with low cost and high efficiency. The innovative approach not only captured leads but also provided a memorable experience for visitors, strengthening the relationship between Duratex and its potential clients. The app also categorized leads into different segments, such as Architects, Designers, Dealers, Consumers, and Students, facilitating targeted follow-up communication.
