Project: Sales Convention
Scenario: Dengo, a Brazilian brand of cocoa and chocolate and a reference in the production of premium products, needed to launch its 2022 Easter commercial campaign at an in-person event for more than 200 people in São Paulo.
An 8-hour event, which would involve the participation of various stakeholders in this chain, such as Marketing, Sales, producers, and many more.
And the agency chosen to design and execute the proposal was none other than Vision Comunicação.
Challenge
Of course, an event of this importance naturally posed considerable challenges for the agency. A tailored budget, choosing and booking the venue, the need for interactions, catering, musical attractions, and decor that reinforced the Easter theme.
SOLUTION:
To meet expectations and simultaneously delight the client, we created a storytelling approach for the event capable of engaging everyone.
From the decor to the timing and movements, the agenda, and the musical attraction, everything was strategically planned to provide an unforgettable experience.
And to make everything even more fun, we brought in a band that would perform at the end of the event, playing various genres, taking the audience to the peak, and satisfying all tastes.
RESULT:
The entire audience was able to feel the atmosphere of the event, better assimilate the theme proposed by the client, and leave with an even higher perception of value. And the client was even more satisfied.
After all, with the proposed actions, we made the Sales Convention much more than just that. It became a remarkable and unique experience for each attendee.
