Project: Corporate Event “Analytics Cloud Road Show”
The Challenge: Alteryx is a leading company in analytic automation and data science solutions for the enterprise market. The challenge here was to create an event that not only showcased Alteryx’s new line of cloud products but also encouraged meaningful and constructive interaction between the company’s clients and partners. The goal was to provide an environment that was as innovative as it was effective in terms of engagement.
VISION’S SOLUTION:
Vision accepted the challenge and was responsible for organizing the entire “Analytics Cloud Road Show” event. The event took place at Baleia Rooftop, a newly opened venue in Itaim Bibi that has already gained ‘must-visit’ status. The choice of location was not only strategic to attract a select audience but also to engage guests in an extraordinary environment.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:
- International Speakers: We had experts from Alteryx headquarters in the United States, ensuring the quality of the content presented. To make sure no one missed any details, we provided a simultaneous translation booth and high-quality transmission equipment.
- Sustainability and Innovation: All guests were greeted with seed paper badges. These badges could be planted after the event, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
- Digital Engagement: A team of illustrators was present to capture special moments. These unique illustrations could be shared on social media, expanding the event’s reach.
- Social Commitment: On behalf of each guest present, Alteryx do Brasil made a donation to the Instituto VisiON – Ações do Bem, reinforcing their social commitment (www.acoesdobem.org).
RESULTS:
The event was a success in all aspects, from participant engagement to strengthening the Alteryx brand. Vision was responsible for the complete planning and management of the event, which included everything from creating graphic materials to organizing the catering, audiovisual services, and interactive attractions for the guests.
