As a reference in the pet market, Adimax faced a complex challenge: increasing the recommendations for the Fórmula Natural product line for pets, mapping each recommendation, pet owner, and retailer, while maintaining a continuous cycle of promotion and validation of the actions. This challenge required a solution that provided detailed analysis and effective rewards for all stakeholders involved

In response, Vision developed an innovative digital tool, combining an app and a web platform, that connects veterinarians, pet owners, and retailers. Through this platform, veterinarians recommend pet food, pet owners receive recommendations via email and WhatsApp, and with a direct link, they choose retailers and generate discount coupons. This integrated process maps the entire purchasing journey, creating a unified and efficient experience for all involved.

In nearly two years, the tool achieved impressive milestones: over 41,000 pet owners engaged, 512 participating retailers, approximately 2,000 recommendations, and more than 3,000 coupons generated.
