Dedicated validation process: a full-time team working 7/7, ensuring compliance and transparency in the process.
Proactive technical support: more than 100 hours dedicated to solving queries and continuously improving the platform, ensuring a smooth experience.
Strategic communication: a constant flow of messages sent via WhatsApp, including weekly passwords, guidance, and information about awards.

The campaign registered over 10,000 photos submitted, with approval rates reaching 85%.
